• Winner must sign this waiver and any additional event waivers to participate.
• Safety gear will be provided and must be worn during the event.

“Wreck it Ron’s” Demolition Derby Driver Contest
*IMPORTANT* WAIVER, RULES AND REGULATIONS (Will Sign at Ron’s Automotive Center 22 Thomaston Rd, Litchfield, CT 06759)
In consideration of the prize of driving the Ron’s Automotive Demolition Derby car at The Goshen Stampede on Friday, June 6th, 2025, won by the undersigned through a contest hosted by Ron’s Automotive Center Inc., we hereby agree to the following:
1. We waive any and all rights of action, remedies, or claims we may have arising from said contest and its associated activities — including participation in the demolition derby — against Ron’s Automotive Center Inc., its owners, employees, partners, and representatives.
2. We agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ron’s Automotive Center Inc., including but not limited to its owners, employees, officers, agents, contractors, sponsors, affiliates, and business partners, as well as The Goshen Stampede, its organizers, volunteers, venue operators, and any other associated or affiliated entities, from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees and court costs, arising out of or related to participation in the contest, operation of the demolition derby vehicle, attendance at the event, or any activities connected thereto, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
3. We acknowledge and understand that demolition derby events involve physical vehicle-to-vehicle contact, aggressive driving, and other high-impact activities. We accept and assume any risks associated with participation in such an event and agree to take part voluntarily and with full awareness of the nature of the competition.
4. We certify that the selected winner is physically and mentally fit, holds a valid driver’s license, and has no medical condition that would prevent safe participation.
